Video driver problem wih Window XP Pro

Recently I bought PCG-FRV26 notebook (SONY) with Window XP
Pro operating system. I could not transfer video images to
the computer using USB from a mini DV camcorder (model
number TRV25, SONY). I have no problem for transfering
still pictures from camcorder to the computer.Please, let
me know how can I solve the problem.

USB is usually only used to transfer still images from digital camcorder to
PC. For video to be transferred, it usually requires firewire aka iLink or
IEEE1394 on both camcorder and notebook or desktop.
