CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT "VIDEO DECOMPRESSOR" IS & HOW DO I GET IT. I
BOUGHT A GAME & IT WON'T LET ME PLAY IT CAUSE IT SAID THAT I NEED IT. ALSO
WHERE IS THE "MULTIMEDIA CONTROL PANEL".
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME IM LOST & CONFUSED.
