Video Conferencing

Does anyone know how to make the image larger?
Also, if engaged in a video conference I don't think my
users would necessarily want the im window open. How do I
close that and merely have the video display?

Any suggestions on how to improve the use of these
features would be apprecieted. Thanks

Assuming you're using Windows Messenger, unfortunately you currently can't. MSN Messenger
6.x does have this feature, so if you're just using the .NET Messenger network (the normal,
public network), you could use that instead:
http://messenger.msn.com/Download

There isn't currently a way to remove the IM window however.
