Hi, I have a 64mb Abit GeForce4 MX440 video/graphic card, and it has been in
my win2k system since Sept 2002.
The mobo is a Asus A7N8X-X with 512mb ram.

Just lately, since a few days ago, the colour on my monitor or open window
has gone flourescent ish. In desktop properties\appearance\Item window
colour, I have selected a light blue, and text is supposed to be black.
But the text is now a medium blue colour, as in a blue biro, and the window
colour goes to a blue flourecent. It is not like that constant, but most of
the time. Sometimes it, the colour, fades from one to the other.

Anyone know what the problem is?

Thanks

in the hardware monitor of the mainboard the voltages will be
displayed as what they should be and where they are at the time your
investigating. However this is not a fool proof way of finding a PSU
problem but it will reveal some obvious problems.

Ok, from mbm5, the following voltages are what I am getting:
Sensor Current Low high Average
vCore 1.73 1.63 1.86 1.73
+3.3 3.44 3.34 3.49 3.44
+5 5.08 4.92 5.13 5.03
+12 12.67 12.61 12.86 12.71
-12 -12.67 -12.80 -12.61 -12.71
-5 -5.28 -5.33 -5.25 -5.29

So is anything too high or too low there?

Thanks
