how do I find what video card I have installed on my vista home premium (32)



Here are two ways:

1. Open the case and look.

2. Go to Device Driver (you can get there by typing device driver in
the Start | Search box) and click Display Adapters.

I also say thumbs up on Belarc Advisor. Returns more info than you
could ever remember, lol.
 
just open up device manager, this is the most stupid question I have seen in
a long time, just fyi, thread closed!
 
Without using third party software, right click on the desktop, click
"Personalize", click "Display Settings", click "Advanced Settings...", and
you will see this information.
