ok i'm using a computer thats like 8 years old. i have been using th
video card off the motherboard this entire time but i wanted t
improve the graphics just a tiny bit so i put a geforce 4000 in it.
i installed the drivers. now that video card works until the deskto
comes up then i have to move it back to the motherboard to se
anything. anybody know why? do i have to disable the motherboar
video or what? if so how? thank

Usually it does it automatically but anything is possible. And your
board is really old. There might be a jumper or maybe you have to set
it in bios.

Most come with the a initialize onboard or PCI /AGP video first type
of thing in bios which you can set on screen.
