video card upgrade

hi
my mobo is a asus a7v8
with a geforcefx 5200 128 mb ddr pci video card, i have been told
good upgrade would be a geforce 6-6600gt gpu agpx,
is this card compatable to the mobo ? regards A.

os wn xp pro
psu 400 w
amd athlone xp 1.85 gh
1024 mgb me
 
With agp listed it probably is fine,what the x stands for,who knows,you do
need
a agp slot,youre now using pci .IExpress that require diffrent slot
configurations.
AGP slots are usually brn in color,and reside above all the PCI slots.
