Video Card Recommendation Please for HDTV 1080i

Hello, I'm interested in your suggestions for a ati vid card which will
only be used for HDTV out. I only car about HDTV out, no gaming. My
only limitation is the fact I'm using a shuttle sff with a small psu
(220 w although upgradeable to 300w if necessary). This shuttle can
run an AIW 9800 with no problems for your reference.

I get really confused when trying to narrow it down myself. I am
really looking for a basic card which does really great hdtv out 1080i
(either dvi or component).

You might look at the nvidia 6150 micro-atx motherboard
chipset. HDTV graphics built in. Cheap.
