Adjust your monitor refresh rate to something lower than you currently have
set. It appears you have set the refresh rate too high for your monitor to
cope at the particular resolution you have it set to.
I have the same problem but can't find the option to
adjust the refresh rate in when in safe mode. I've tried
Display, settings> advanced. Any tips please?
