video card driver

im running a ATI Technologies 3D RAGE LT PRO AGP 2X video
card adapter (display adapter) i need to upgrasde that to
a new w2k driver (due to a problem with the darkness of
the screen) from ati.com problem is i dont know which
driver to get plz someone help.

I suspect it's the one listed here:-

Note, you'll need to be running DirectX8.1 or above to use this
driver.
