Video Capture Card

I am looking for a recommendation on a video capture card to purchase. I
want to transfer videos from a VCR to DVD. The operating system is Windows
XP. I am looking for a high quality card that will work with Windows Movie
Maker

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Quality, look at canopus. They do internal pci cardds and external boxes.
Reason they are good is the components they use are top notch and they have
a lock for the audio and video, so you don't lose sync, which happens very
often with cheap units.
