vibrating wavy lines on monitor

Does anyone know what causes these vibrating way lines on
the screen? It started about a month ago and is very
tiring on the eyes.

I've tried using degauss. But, that doesn't help

Have u tried to use a different monitor, coz proble can be
with either monitor H/W or the frequency of the display.
So if possible try other monitor

Make sure you do not have any fans, or lights, near your monitor. Also,
check the scan frequency setting, for the monitor, in your video properties.
It may be at 60Hz, which will cause flickering.
