Does anyone have any experience with this board
(or other VIA Mini-ITX boards) running with XPe they
would like to share?

Specifically, we will be playing 2 WMV files, one on the
VGA and the other on the TV out simultaneously.

Hey there Mike,

I do have some extensive experience with the board itself..we currently
use Epia M for our product and I also have Epia SP13000 for testing
purposes that I have been working on for some time.

We do run XP Pro on them, but I have been toying with XPe for about a
month on and off.

The EPIA processory is nowhere near as strong as an intel counterpart.
I find that running a full screen flash is enough to bring the
processor up to its 100% mark so I am not sure how it would do running
two videos at once.

Did you have specific questions?

I'm using the VIA EPIA MII, and although I am in the very begining of my
project, I was already able to generate an image and boot it up. My board
has TV-OUT, but I haven't tested it yet.

The SP13000 is what I am looking at. Does the VGA and TV appear to
Windows as seperate monitors? In other words, is it possible to display
different content on the TV out to the main VGA?

If the answer is yes, then I'll order one and conduct my own tests.

Mike,

Honestly I dont know the answer to that but I will look into it during the
day. I will post my findings later.
