VIA AC'97 onboard audio controller

I have tried everything I can think of to get these
drivers installed. I am running XP Pro I have an a-bit
VH6-II Mother Board. It returns a code 28 when I try to
install the drivers and says the data is invalid. I have
tried numerous drivers from numerous sites. Can somebody
please help me???????
