I have seen a couple of computers that have the video card installed as "VGA
SAVE" it has happened at random on machines wiit Radeons and Nvidia based
cards, there has been no solution i have found in the limited time i have
had for the problem.

the funny part is when i try to change the drives for this, only radeon
cards show up in the hardware list no nvidias and thats in the machine with
the AGP TNT2.

any comments please post so others can benafit from the knowlage.

Good luck on getting a reply! I asked about VGASAVE in the "Help" group
about a week ago - Ha. Not one response.

I fought this problem for a month with a new Radeon card.

Then I disabled VGASAVE - Very bad - DON'T DO THIS!!!!!! XP boots, etc.
but the video is blank.

Thank goodness for Linux! I have Mandrake Linux dual booted.

I have searched for hours for a solution. The problem is very common -
so is the result - no solution!!!!!!

Is this a Winsoz bug or video driver bug or what? No one seems to know.
