as the above title mentiones,
I recieve that message when i try to start-up my PC
In the monitor I get displaed that message and nothing hapens after it.

well I've formated my PC a week ago.
after it My LCD worked well, and it still works well if i conect it on another PC.
but when i try to conect another monitor to my pc, i get the same result.

nevertheless, as i said previously, i formated my computer.
the only problem with my monitor, was that when i had to scroll down on a eindow through my mouse-roll, the window used to display like waves (meaning that it got desplayed slowly)

when i turn-on my PC I do not see the light that shows the HDD is working.

I tried to re-install my graphic card, as well as my RAM, but nothing happened.
I think that i need to find AND install my graphic card driver, but i don't know how to do it, if I can not see anything displayed on my monitor.

Can you please provide any help ???

Try another VGA cable.

And check the pins on the cable you're using - any bent ones?

Are you getting any video information at all displayed on any monitor from the PC in question?

The details you've given are a little confusing.

thank you for your answer,

i am sure that it is not the problem of my cable (because i have already try, not anly other VGA cables, but also other monitor, and i recieve the same error)

here it is.....
i conected my HDD with another PC,...
i got displayed on my screen everything till the moment when windows loads - up
after that anything else is displayed.
this thing doesn't happen with my PC. it actually doesn't shows a normal start-up (meaning,...the HDD doesn't make that usual "noise", and the light which shows the performance of my HDD doesn't pulse). COULD IT BE ANY PROBLEM WITH MY MOTHERBOARD ???

What MoBo do you have...? Can you not try plugging the LCD in without the graphics card and see what happens..? Try that..If that works then try downloading the drivers for your card...Did your card not come with a CD..? Drivers are normally on that...
