i want to know something; can i use a PCI EXPRESS VGA card with motherboards that have normal AGP slot not PCI EXPRESS or not ???

Nope agp and pci express are two d'ifferent things if you want a pci express gpu i would look into getting a new motherboard with pci express compatibility
 
It wont ever fit in the slot.....
