very wierd display problem

Hi

My IE is doing something very weird and I am hoping someone can help!

When I start IE, it works normally for a few seconds to minutes, then it
starts to maximize and restore very fast and continuously. Eventually if I
click correctly, I can get it to maximize, but it now takes over the entire
screen and does not display the top toolbar (favorites, etc), but does
display the navigation buttons on the far top right.

Any ideas? Is it the video card that is faulty or IE?

I re-installed the video drivers and so far it seems to have helped... will
let you know in a while.

I will scan for malware too...
