I have XP on my laptop and every now and then the CPU usage goes from 75% to
40% every other second. It pritty much locks the whole computer up. I've
reloaded XP twice and its still doing it. I have got no idea on where to
start or where to look on how to fix this. This is the error....

error and has failed.

A quick search on Google revealed that the w70n51 file is
a "module for support Intel Wireless card on Centrino
chipset" or to do with a Network card/Modem.

Remove them, or disable them in the BIOS. See what happens
and then start re-enabling them, also reloading their
drivers or updating them from the net.
