Very Urgent-V Scrollbar with listbox

Hi,
I am developing an application in VB .Net for pocket pc. I have created
a listbox, which displays 10 records at a time by reading a text file. I
wish to add a Vertical Scroll bar to the list box. If the records are more
than 10, the vertical scroll bar get displayed automatically.

But I want a vertical scroll bar, always with the list box.(even though
the records are < 10)

It is very urgent. Please reply.

Secondly (and to answer your query), write our own owner-drawn listbox.

I'm looking at something similar to this as well, but I want to do it for a
list view. I saw that Alex Yakhnin mentioned in his blog entry

that while a ListBox couldn't be made virtual, a ListView could. Does anyone
have any .NET code/controls which support this functionality?

It can be achieved by placing a scrollbar control in front of the listbox
and tying them together programmatically.

It's C# but you should have no problems converting it to VB
