Very urgan XP office connect to Windows 2000 server take the file can't open

In the XP workstation when dublo click the file in the Win2000 server have show message

In the this case I tell you no any people open this file, now to slove this problem, I will every go to win2000 server use the admin writ found this user ID to check, but in the server is show this user is already open this file , i can close this file asked the use open again, but user sometimes is OK , but sometimes is same problem again, In the this case I alreday give this folder or file user full control, but I don't what problem
