Very strange problem with several reports

I have several reports in my database that have their details changed each
time I change and save the details in any one of them. All of the reports
end up having exactly the same information that is contained in the report
that I changed.

Apart from the database being corrupt, is there anything else I can do to
prevent this happening?

The only thing I can think of is to make sure that you have
the Name AutoCorrect feature turned OFF (Tools - Options -
General).
