very slow xp

I also am running into a some very slow operation. Every
time a right click the dum computer hourglasses and
freezes up. I can only overcome it by closing explorer
with the task manager and then restarting it. I have no
Idea What YMClient is but whatever it is it seems to be
the culprit of all my problems. Another problem is that
my computer is recently slowing, down, and down ,and
down , and down, and down, and down, and down. I can't
figure out why but I think its all spinning off of one
problem. I hope someone will help us out soon.

You may have either a virus / spyware / adware/ malware

What checks have you done to detect them?
