I have Norton 2005 and wbroot spy and I have no idea what
could possibly be making my computer slow all of a sudden, really bad?? Any
suggestions for speeding it up?

Norton Anti-Virus slow down little bit your computer but it depands how fast
your computer is so if you have realy slow I am not suprise that your slow
down esspecially when you have Norton installed. If you want make your
computer faster buy some faster procesor, hard drive, more memory as well.
It will help.

What are your computer specs, especially CPU type and speed and also
how much RAM do you have?

I assume that by "wbroot spy" you mean Webroot Spysweeper, which is a
legitimate spyware removal product.

However no single anti-spyware product is perfect. Go to
http://aumha.org/a/noads.htm and do the free online spyware test to
see if something has gotten onto your system.

If the system is clean then the next most likely suspect would be lack
of RAM but that would not cause an "all of a sudden" slowdown.

Good luck
