very simple question on entering text (just learning)

Frontpage 2003
-when i'm entering text in a cell (or a page) the text does not wrap around when it hits the border but just keeps going and the cell (or page) gets wider; how do you get the text to wrap and prevent changing the width of the cell or page
-also when i'm typing if i push 'enter' the lines are doubled space (even though i have 'single' selected under paragraph format
 
Hi,

Press shift-enter if you don't want a new paragraph to start (that's why you
get an extra blank line).

I'm not sure how wrapping text is called in the English version of
Frontpage, but you have to enable it in the properties of the table cells.
