Very simple question about "Confirmation" windows

First, how can I disable the annoying confirmation windows on delete of a
file for instance?

Second, how can I avoid the window asking for administrator privilege when I
am logged in as an administrator?

Easy, first download Ubuntu and burn it to a CD. Second, set your BIOS
to boot from the CD and insert the Ubuntu CD and follow the instructions
to wipe Vista off your hard drive and replace it with a real operating
system. Ubuntu is free and comes with access to thousands of free
programs. Get it at http://www.ubuntu.com/

Assuming you are using Vista... You can disable User Account Control in
Control Panel, to get rid of the admin priv notices, except that disables
all account security, so I would advise just dealing with it ;) Disable
confirm delete windows, I don't know, sorry.

can help prevent unauthorized changes to your computer. UAC does this by
asking you for permission or an administrator‌ password before
performing actions that could potentially affect your computer's
operation or that change settings that affect other users. When you see
a UAC message, read it carefully, and then make sure the name of the
action or program that's about to start is one that you intended to start.

malicious software (malware) and spyware from installing or making

From a security standpoint, disabling UAC is not recommended.

What a stupid response to a post. NOBODY should upgrade to Ubuntu.
