Both My.MSN.com and My.Yahoo.com webmasters have been very negligent in how they update their web
pages.
and the comments link at the bottom of the page does not work.

Does anyone know a back door where you can contact these webmaster and shake them up a bit.

Why not contact MSN directly, they are generally quite responsive to comments.
Yahoo, I loath and cannot comment.

Good luck

I can't find any "working" link to contact them. There is a link at the bottom of the MSN page,
but it does not work with either IE or Firefox.

The link is for hotmail. My problems is the very poor management of the MSN page, not hotmail.

Parts of the page are very up-to-date. i.e. the stock prices. It is just the top news and the local
news do not update for days on end. It is like the web master is asleep at the switch or does not
have access to news updates.
I did finally find a link to comment on the MSN page by going through www.microsoft.com.

Sorry that I forgot this bit - my.msn.com and other such sites that you can
customize heavily rely on cookies to display their info the way you want.
Go to the cookies folder for your user profile -
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name here>\Cookies, and delete any cookies
that reference msn.com. You'll probably lose any customizations you have
set up for that page, but they can be reset when you revisit the page. I've
had similar problems with such sites, including my.msn.com in the past, so
that's why I don't use sites that are so cookie-dependent any more.
