Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to confirm that we are now in receipt of your RMA package and this will be processed in the next 2 business days, as per the RMA acceptance email. If however you have returned an incorrect item and have been allocated an "MIS" number then this will be processed within 2 working days.
The RMA will automatically be processed as per the required action you have chosen at the time of submitting the RMA so unless you require a different action taken with your RMA then you need not contact us while your RMA is awaiting processing.
You will receive a further email once your RMA has been closed within the next 5 business days, confirming the outcome of the RMA.
