Those of you who arent sure about the returns system at eBuyer and think its really bad..

I sent a mouse back as faulty for refund on Thursday.

Today, Saturday, I got a refund.

Took 'em five or six years though.... :D

Good new Chris, a pleasant change to hear something positive :)

They wouldnt have recieved the parcel until yesterday either - that really good service!!

I was worried it would take ages for a refund to come through.

Good on them.

[font='Verdana','sans-serif']Dear Christopher Postill,

You have just received a new RMA Note, here are the details
---------------------------------------------------
Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to confirm that we are now in receipt of your RMA package and this will be processed in the next 2 business days, as per the RMA acceptance email. If however you have returned an incorrect item and have been allocated an "MIS" number then this will be processed within 2 working days.

The RMA will automatically be processed as per the required action you have chosen at the time of submitting the RMA so unless you require a different action taken with your RMA then you need not contact us while your RMA is awaiting processing.

You will receive a further email once your RMA has been closed within the next 5 business days, confirming the outcome of the RMA.

Thank you for your co-operation and patience in this matter.

Regards,
Ebuyer Returns Department.

Chris! You obviously followed the returns advice as stated via Ebuyer CS.

It is what happens when you do it right, mind you they do listen when one has a problem hence, sorted within a few days.

Good job done.
