I've got a query which displays contact information.
In the Address field....there is sometimes a "#" symbol (e.g. 145 Oak Street
#7).
I've got a Macro which will export the results of that query to XLS. It uses
the OutPut TO function in the Macro settings.
HOWEVER....when it is run.....it will output all the records....but the
Address field will only show the "7" in the address CELL.
BUT....if you click on the cell....and look at the top in the display / edit
line of that cell....the ENTIRE ADDRESS will correctly show (??)
HOWEVER / BUT.......I can open the query directly.......and select
File/Export / XLS....and the file THAT creates will be all correct (the full
address shows in the cell as well as up top in the view/edit line).
There is something about exporting the query to XLS via a Macro that causes
this Cell Display issue to occur.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?
(hope this makes sense).
Thanks
