Very minor concerning Desktop

On the Desktop, just a simple drag & drop. When encapsolating several files at
once occassionally, the dashed box stops short of completion. The files are marked
and can be dragged fine. But the incomplete rectangle marker is still on the
screen and can be cleared with "refresh".

I know, this really trivial, but I've noticed it, I believe on other OS's, like
98fe & se, and maybe in NT4,0 also.

Just curious.

I would suspect video card capabilities to be the issue. Reduce hardware
acceleration one notch and see if that corrects it.
