I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO CONNECT A CAMCORDER TO A
COMPUTER. DO I NEED A SPECIAL CABLE FOR THAT?. BECAUSE I
DONT THINK THAT MY WEBCAM OR DIGITAL CAMARA IS CAPABLE OF
DOING A MOVIE/VIDEO. PLEASE TRY TO HELP ME. THANK YOU FOR
YOUR TIME AND INTEREST........WILFREDO.

Please turn off your Caps Lock Key. It's considered shouting, is extremely
rude and makes the posting difficult to read.

If you have a digital camcorder it is connected via a firewire cable to a
firewire port on the PC. If you do not have a firewire (aka IEEE1394 or
iLink) port, you can purchase a separate PCI firewire card.

If it is an analog camcorder, you will need to have an analog capture cartd
or a graphics card with VIVO capabilty (VIDEO IN and VIDEO OUT) and the
requisite software which usually comes with the hardware.
