Very frustrated - Outlook 2007 BCM missing in trial download

After I downloaded a trial of Office 2007 Small Business yesterday, Outlook
was not available when installing.

Recommendations anybody?

(The download speeds were very low and the whole process very frustrating)

Thanks

Outlook BCM is on the SECOND disk that you download. The full Office
Professional edition is on two disks (or two downloads - one per disk).

There was a problem with download that was fixed a week ago. Please make
sure that second download file is X13-40150.exe.

Where do you get X13-40150? The only two files that I can find at the
download site are X13-11296 and x12-30283. I am also having problems
installing BCM. X13-11296 looks like it is installing it but finally informs
me that it didn't. No error message just tells me it didn't.

I have the same problem. No Outlook, which means no Business contact
manager, the things I wanted most to try out! I have done about 7
re-downloads both downloads, exactly as directed. Outlook is not on this
trial and I do not understand why. The only number to call for Microsoft
cost $45 or more! Has anyone actually gotten Outlook 2007 to download?

Thanks Mukesh. The two downloads in the Small Business trial download were
X12-30283 (called "Download 2") and X13-11296 (called "Download 1")

When left initially to install itself without custom options, Word, Excel,
Powerpoint and Publisher all installed OK. Outlook did not. I went back to do
a custom install and there was a red cross alongside Outlook and I think I
remember it saying "Not Available" or something similar.

How do I get X13-40150.exe that you recommend?

What will be the implications of downloading and installing X13-40150.exe
given that the other components of Office are now installed?

Thanks again.

Peter, if you are still at the "can't install Outlook" stage, try clicking
the red X. If you get a drop down list click "run from this computer" and
Outlook will install. If you don't get this, you have a double registry entry
that is preventing Outlook from installing. I wish I could tell you where it
is, but I lost the information in all my frustration, however, it worked for
me. (A registery cleaner might even catch it.)
I have been able to install Outlook with the files that you have. I'm hoping
that the x13-40150 file will help install BCM, but like you, I have no idea
where to get it.

I have just checked the trial download site for Microsoft Office Small
Business 2007 and it's has appropriate download files. It seems download1
will download X13-40150.exe.

The current download 1 file is X12-30283. This is the only file that I have
downloaded for download 1. So, unless they changed this file without changing
its name, my problem still exists. I am reluctant to download this again. My
download date on this file is 1/20/07.
I cannot use this link as it is restricted to US customers as I am in
Canada. I do access the download through a Microsoft web page that allows me
to download and I doubt that X12-30283 is different there.

Thanks for help everyone. I've now bought Office 2007 Small Business and
initially had the same problem of Outlook being unavailable.

I then uninstalled the trial and installed from the bought CDs. Everything
went OK. Thinking about it, one key difference was that I selected the option
to delete the old Office 2003 applications after I had bought Office 2007. I
suspect the problems with the trial were based on not being able to run
Outlook in trial mode while there was another active Outlook version.

I am very impressed with Office 2007 - BCM is excellent. Initially it slowed
my laptop to a crawl, but this has apparently now recovered. Perhaps to do
with initially having to build tables and establish the data frameworks?

Thanks again for help
