I'm not certain that I understand the question
but when creating the Title you can go to...
"Change the title animation" and choose:
"Subtitle" to move the text to the bottom of
the screen.
Or...
"Scrolls, Perspective" for a Star Wars type
display.

FWIW...If your project is created from still
shots (no video clips) you might want to
try PhotoStory 3...it has more options for
adding titles.
