In the past when viewing a page of text longer than screen, clicking on a
vertical scrollbar arrow would advance the text one line, and clicking in
the space between the arrows would advance the text almost a full page.
Now, clicking an arrow seems to advance the text by several lines, and
clicking the space between the arrows advances the text much more than one
page. It appears as though the physical movement increments are about 3
times what they once were.

I'd like to get back to being able to click a page at a time, to quickly
scan a long article, but without skipping a page or two of material with
each click. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
