Vertical line in Detail

I created a report as following:

Name DOB Service Item
AAA 01/01/1999 555
AAA 01/01/1999 666
BBB 01/15/1999 777
CCC 01/20/1999 888

Would someone please show me how to format to put a horizontal line between
the names to separate AAA from BBB and from CCC. Many thanks.

Add a grouping to the report on [Name] (bad name by the way as it's a
reserved word) and add a group footer. Make the group footer just tall
enough for your line and add it from the toolbox.
 
Thanks Rick for helping me. Please tell me how I add a grouping to the
report. Do I right click the report and "Add to Group"?? I did that and it
didn't do anything.

I also draw a line (In tool box) as you mentioned at the bottom of the
Detail and now my report show horizontal lines for each record as below:

AAA 01/01/1999 555
-----------------------------
AAA 01/01/1999 666
-----------------------------
BBB 01/15/1999 777

I just like to have a line when the name changed only. Thanks again for your
help.
