How many versions of a file is a person able to save with Word 2000?
Then am I able to open a particular version, edit it, then save as that
same version again? I have a particular document that I need to mail to
many people every quarter. I find myself changing the same three items
on this document every time. I change *who* it is to, *who* it is
about, and *what months* are involved. I need a better way to change
this info each time I need to print this document, which is about 60 -
80 times every quarter. I have been learning Access recently and
thinking is there a way to put combo box's in this word document? Maybe
there is better way?

Thank You,

Chad

I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do here, but if this is
basically the same document printed many times with different names etc.
then it sounds like a job tailor made for the Mail Merge facilities.

If on the other hand you need to maintain a number of similar documents as
separate files, then have a look at using document properties and the
{DOCPROPERTY} field.

You can find more about both of these in Word Help.
