How can you tell what version of Windows XP you are
running? I wanted to download an update for the blaster
bug & you have a choice between Windows XP 32 bit Edition
and Windows XP 64 bit Edition.

Also, is there a way to see what updates you have
installed on your PC other than through the Windows
Update screen? I had to download the Windows XP Service
pack & then install it because it kept loosing its
connection during the install when it had to be connected
to the internet. When I go to the Windows Update screen
& click on View Installation History, it still shows it
as failed.

if you have to ask, its 32

Hotfixes will be listed under Control Panel-Add and Remove programs

Christi,

If you have Windows XP Home Edition or Windows XP Professional then you have
a 32-bit product

Only Windows XP 64-bit Edition Version 2003 is 64-bit.

You can see the name of your product on Start ... Run ... winver
