I recently received an e-mail with help to verify my e-
mail. It was deleted by mistake and I need you to send
me that e-mail again.

Who are you addressing? This isn't Microsoft technical support - this is a
peer-to-peer newsgroup. Whilst MS employees may post here occasionally, they
do so in their own time and *do not* speak for their employer.
