verifying account configuration

i've just set up my outlook express and i can recieve emails through the pop3
account, but every time i try to send an email i get a message saying:

"this message could not be sent. you don't not have any accounts configured
for sending email. please verify your account configuration."

i have no idea how to do this. can someone help me please??
 
The first thing to do would be to check and make sure that you have the right
information entered for your outgoing mail server...I know this may sound
trivial but it couldn't hurt to call your ISP and ask them for the
information you should be entering into the fields when creating a new
account.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
