VCore Voltage?

What is VCore Voltage?
The Asus PC Probe software has giving me warning about VCore Voltage
+12V.
Later on my PSU blowout with spark.
Gosh the warning must be something to do with the inconsistent power
passing through the motherboard.

Either you are trolling or have experienced an extremely rate
failure. Vcore is the voltage, after regulated down to a level
determined by digital feeback from CPU pins or bios
setting/jumpers, that is regulated down from the PSU rail voltage
by the motherboard power regulation circuit, typically near the
CPU socket. If the reading was accurate, all of your parts are
now dead, or at least the PSU, board, CPU.

Do you know what causes it ?

It'd probably be a short in the onboard voltage regulator
circuit.

However, there's probably something more to this than it appears,
since a 12V vcore would instantly fry the CPU, there would be on
PCProbe reading because the system was already effectively
"dead".

The motherboard is Asus A7V8X-X.
I have mentioned early on that the PSU was blowout and I replace it. Now
12V vcore have given me no problem or whatsoever.
