vcnvcm32.exe what is it?

Anyone hear of this? It is chewing up 50% of cpu and explorer is
taking the other 50%.

I can't find vcnvcm32.exe on google or anywhere.

Please submit "vcnvcm32.exe" to Virus Total --
http://www.virustotal.com/flash/index_en.html
The submission will then be tested against 17different AV vendor's scanners.

Another way to submit is to send the suspect file to the following email address
scan<at>virustotal.com
{ replace <at> with @ } with only the word SCAN as the subject.

Please post back the EXACT results.

If you tried searching Google with "vcn32.exe" you would have gotten this:

Close enough to warrant taking measures. For a better view on what's going
on, get the useful application called "Hijack this", install it and run it
to get a snapshot of exactly what the current situation is. Then post the
result here or to any of the excellent "hijack log" examination sites on the
web.
