I keep getting a message when I try to initiate my Panda AV software sying
that cannot find the file vcl50.bpl, where do i find it and how do I install
it?

I think you need to unininstall, then reinstall Panda AV, if that file is
part of the program.
I have no experience with that program, so it's just a guess.
