How do you create a VCD? I just started using WMM and was able to create a
movie and save it to my computer and onto a CD, but it won't play in my DVD
player. I've played other VCDs in it.

A VCD, SVCD or DVD is created using software for that purpose and from a
file that could have been prepared using Movie Maker.

Nero is an excelent program for that purpose (www.nero.com) There are
other programs that you can use, mostly though they do not have all the
abilities of Nero. Nero came to fame because of its abilities with all types
of CD/DVD that were not neccesarily anything to do with video of any kind.
If you have a DVD burner fitted to your computer their is a chance you also
have a "free" copy of software that will make a DVD or VCD for you. Most, if
not all, DVD making packages will accept a DV-AVI file made by Movie Maker
as an input.
