VCD format not supported

Is there a way without having to install anything other
than the codec? because my pc is not running at its best
lately and i don't want to make it worst. BTW, does anyone
know the codec im missing and how i can obtain it?
 
Sorry, but no. However, you can go to download.com and
download the RVCD player. Works like a dream.
