VCD 2.0 Player / Codec

I have a ?DVD movie called "Equilibrium" which is boxed as 2 CD's and seem
to be in VCD 2.0 format.
Anyway it is not detected as a DVD by PowerDVD and I cannot play it on my
PC.
Is anyone aware of any decoder or player so that I can view this movie?

Any advice much appreciated.

PowerDVD Should play VCD and SVCD movies but you may need to navigate to
the *.dat or *.mpg file and right click-->open with-->PowerDVD. I've had
Power DVD 3 and now use PowerDVD 4 and both will play this format if you
follow the above method.
