I received a group of about 50 vCards attached to one email. Can I transfer
these to my contacts in one step? How? Or must they be opened and saved one
at a time? Ugh! TIA

It depends on how they're attached. If you see them in the message body, drag them to your contacts folder. Otherwise, you'll need to open and save 4each one.

Thanks Sue,
Now...how should i request the sender to attach them to bee seen in the
message body? to make the transfer quick? TIA

The user would need to create a message in rich-text format and insert the contacts as Outlook items with the Insert | Item command.

Hi Sue,

The more I use Outlook the more I realise that using Word as your default
editor has a downside, such as no Insert | Item command. I have been telling
my users, particularly remote users, to use Rich Text for this and other
reasons like running leaner while on the road. Which editor do you use?

Cheers,
Bill

I use WordMail and almost never have a reason to insert another Outlook item.

WordMail does have an "Insert Item" command. Look at the Paperclip icon.
