Vcards and activities tab

Does anyone know how to ensure that the activities tab on
a vcard does not list all emails sent to and from that
contact or other contacts in a personal address book. I
am having a problem with people I send a vcard to being
able to see all of my activities.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
VCards don't have activities tabs. All they are is a text file that
follows a certain format and have a certain file extension. Look at
one using Notepad to see what I mean.
