This horse has probably been beat to death but I just want
to make sure My information is correct. I have a user who
complains that his Vcard does not contain his fax number.
I checked into it and have found that even though you may
have all the data entered for a user's telecommunications
equiment in AD, when using OL2002 and attaching the Vcard
from the GAL to a signature, you only get partial
information.
If you enter all of the information in a local contacts
record and choose that to be included with the signature,
you get more data exported to the Vcard but the fax number
is still not there.
I followed a coule of links including one from Sue Mosher
to the Microsoft site and they really don't explain
anything really well.
So I guess my questions would be: 1> Is this a Microsoft
quirk? 2. Is there a way around it?
Thanx for any help
