Vcard Behavior in Outlook 2003

I have someone who uses their Vcard as a signature and
includes some info about their website in the Notes
section of the Vcard.

When the Vcard is sent to a client running Microsoft
Office Outlook, Build 11.0.5510 (Test A)
the information in the Notes Section is stripped out of
the contact before it is saved.

When the Vcard is sent to a client running Microsoft
Office Outlook, Build 11.5608.5703 (Test B) the
information is saved properly in the contact and the user
can click on the link to get to his website.

Is this a bug? Is there a security setting that maybe
causing this? Has anyone else seen this same behavior?
 
5510 is a pre-release build. 5608 is RTM. You can expect them to work
differently.
