vCalendar - Identifying who's added it

I can create and send a vCalendar item to people but I am unable to determine who (or how many) people have added or accepted the vCalendar item to their Outlook. Is there a way to do this so I can determine if 5 or 50 people are coming to an event?
 
No, vCalendar doesn't generate the kind of meeting responses that an
Outlook-format meeting request does.
